Most contractors grow their operation and step back. I built mine to stay on site. After 200+ projects across San Diego County, I still answer my own phone and show up every day — because that's how the work actually gets done right.
I started in residential construction before the word "flip" became a TV genre. I've managed kitchens, full gut-and-rebuilds, second stories, ADUs, and ground-up custom homes. I know where things go wrong and how to keep them from getting there.
